Leica R PC-Super-Angulon 28mm f/2.8
Summary
The Leica PC-Super-Angulon-R 28mm f/2.8 is a wide-angle perspective-control prime lens for 35 mm Leica R SLR cameras.
This professional lens is chiefly suitable for architecture photography because it eliminates the converging vertical lines of conventional lenses (see the left photo). Its enlarged image circle of 62 mm and the capability of shifting from the optical axis by up to 11 mm in any direction makes it possible to achieve more natural images. The mount design permits rotation in 45° steps, which enables perspective corrections in horizontal, vertical and oblique formats. A special lever stops down the aperture to the preset values. A floating element ensures high imaging performance even into the 30 cm near-focusing range. Angle of view (diagonal) - 73° Manufactured by Schneider-Kreuznach.
