Summary

ARRI LDS Ultra Prime lenses were the first to be kitted out with ARRI’s revolutionary Lens Data System (LDS). Service

This section restricted to Duclos Staff users.

Known Issues:
1. ARRI and Sony didn't reach an agreement on LDS data so Sony cameras do not read LDS data so if anyone complains that their LDS lens is not working on a Sony camera specifically, it is because of this.
Service Manual: Disassembly/Re-assembly

Full CLA: 7-8 hrs.
always include one front and one rear teflon washer when quoting a full CLA in case they are damaged or squished which will affect the feel of the focus before and/or after. teflon washers are in QB and generally in stock always.
Electronic testing and calibration must be completed at Abel Cine. We do not have a camera to test with or program to calibrate with at this time (5/2024) check with Paul about testing during evaluation.
Optics only: 4 hrs.
