Full CLA: 6-7 hrs.
Spray and bake threads (teflon coating): +1 hr
+1 hr for lenses with a floating element: 20mm T2.1, 28mm T2.1
re-anodize Strip and re-paint front ring: 1 hr + 5-6 hrs to access front ring.
to access front ring for anodizing, lens must be fully dis-assembled. a full CLA is required. Front ring is not separate form the chassis. Cannot anodize without affecting the focus and iris threads. Offer to repaint instead.
Replace front or rear element (not mounted) only: 1 hr. ea.
Strip and re-paint rear housing: +1 hr if getting other service work or 2 hrs if no other service is included.
close focus mod: 1 hr
Offered for: 16mm, 24mm, 32mm T2.1 only to achieve 3 full focus rotations.
cannot offer this for other focal lengths because the focus threads will be exposed and cannot achieve enough rotations.
Not normally offered unless specifically requested: 40mm can achieve additional 1/2 rotation only before exposing focus threads. requires installation of additional stop pin in focus ring for hard stop.
80mm front ring: 20mm T2.1 does not have threads in front for 80mm front ring. A delrin ring (no filter threads) can be installed to increase the diameter to 80mm.
Non-OEM focus scales: see P/N 38211222, possibly available, check with Paul before quoting.
non-OEM, reverse engineered but copied original design to best match lens.
100mm T2.1 has different sized scale, we did not make this.
