Full CLA: 5-7 hrs.

Spray and bake threads: +1 hr.
Parts on wall with screws. Use M1.5 set screw.
Strip and re-paint rear housing: +1 hr if getting other service work or 2 hrs if no other service is included.

80mm Front Ring:
67-80mm Front Ring works well.
Replace iris button: see P/N 38201013
Replacing elements:
Elements from B-Speed, MkI, MkII, and MkIII Super Speeds are identical and can be interchanged successfully. (confirm?)
FE (1.9675“ O.D.): held by lock ring (with no spanner slots, so use friction tool), has edge paint.
RE (1.1020” O.D.): spun into aluminum housing, so must be cut-out.
