Full CLA: 4-7hrs.

Clean iris blades: 5-8 hrs.
full C+L + 1 hour for iris blades.
tighten iris (to prevent drift): NC/.5hrs
No charge for Duclos mod, 1/2 hr labor for non Duclos mod.
Re-collimate / T + S internal focus ring: 1-2 hrs.

Remove sunshade: 1/2 hr.
De-click: $50

iris mechanism has tiny bearings
spray and bake threads (teflon coating): CLA + 1hr.
Focus scrapes: 2 hrs.
adjust set screws in focus ring and knurled focus ring to reduce distortion. GLUE WELL. open up knurled focus ring on lathe if results can't be improved.
knurled focus ring loose: 1/2 hr.
GLUE WELL. drip glue at seam between knurled ring and focus scale for additional security.
Iris timing off: 2 hrs.
