Full CLA: 3 hrs.
this version is more time consuming to repair and replace parts in. add time for repairs compared to other models.
Replace internal motor: 3 hrs. + Internal motor part
Bent gear carrier shaft: 2 hrs. + parts
gear and carrier will look “wobbly” when powered. 1st stage cage has smaller shaft so even though this is deeper int he motor housing, it is often bent as well.
Common parts to replace:
x2 43301036Ball bearing 74 for Heden M26T
x1 43301012Ball cage, 2nd stage for Heden M26T
x1 433010341st ball cage 1st stage for Heden M26T
x4 43301025Ball race, 45deg for Heden M26T
may need to replace int. motor too: # 43301039 Internal motor with 4-pins for Heden M26T
Torque adjustments to stages:
1st stage cage: adjust set screws evenly to draw 35mA no load.
Test by stalling motor at 400mA.
When tightening set screws in 1st stage cage, mA will drop if too loose and rise if too tight.
Aim for current at 0.08, voltage at 12
