Encoder not responding: 1 hr. + parts
uses same internal motor base as M21. Encoder is built in. If encoder is not responding, entire internal motor must be replaced.

Calibration not responding: 1 hr. + part
if internal motor and encoder both test good but calibration is not responding, resistor may be the cause. Replace and confirm.
