Service Manual: Disassembly/Re-assembly

C+L (mechanics and front optics only): 5-7 hrs.
does not include correcting damaged components, electronics or anamorphic section. Addt time to correct image twist or imperfections.
optics only: 2-6 hrs.
does not include anamorphic optics.
Clean optics at iris: 5-7 hrs.
must remove exterior housing and focus cam to access 8 flathead screws holding rear group. Split at 8 screws to clean at iris.
Centering: 4 hrs.
horizontal set screws in rear group under mount to adjust.
replace cam follower assembly: 5-7 hrs. + part
QUOTE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY, NOT PARTIAL DUE TO FIT ISSUES
correct twist: 7-9 hrs. disassemble to access optical core, remove 3bond on core screws through window, adjust set screws (do not remove screws because set in at angle)
remove front ring: front ring unscrews towards the rear of the lens. reverse thread. 25mm is especially difficult to remove. use heat and extra sticky mat/neoprene, and lots of force to unscrew.

Electronic issues: TBD
